"Kepher Fashion does not sell your personal information. We never have. We never will."
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "selling" includes exchanging personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in this practice. We share limited data with service providers (Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for anonymized analytics, Mailchimp for email delivery, Tidio for chat) solely to operate our business — not for their independent use or profit. You have the right to opt out of this sharing as defined under the CPRA, and this page is how you do it.
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:
- Right to Know — Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, business purposes, and third parties we share it with over the past 12 months
- Right to Delete — Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions required by law
- Right to Correct — Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (this page)
- Right to Limit Sensitive Data Use — Limit how we use and disclose sensitive personal information
- Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your CCPA rights
- Right to Data Portability — Receive your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format
In the preceding 12 months, we have shared the following categories of personal information with service providers for the following business purposes. None of this constitutes a "sale" as defined by the CCPA, but some may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA's expanded definition:
- Stripe — Name, email, billing address, transaction data. Purpose: Payment processing and fraud prevention. Not shared for independent use.
- Google Analytics — Anonymized IP address, device type, pages visited, session data. Purpose: Site analytics. IP anonymization is enabled. We do not share PII with Google Analytics.
- Mailchimp — Email address, subscription preferences, first/last name if provided. Purpose: Email marketing to subscribers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Tidio — Name, email (if provided in chat), chat transcript. Purpose: Customer support. Not shared beyond Tidio's platform.
We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any party for targeted advertising purposes.
Use this form to exercise any of your CCPA/CPRA rights — including opting out of data sharing, requesting deletion, or requesting access to your data. You may also email privacy@kepher.co directly. We will respond within 45 calendar days as required by law.
